Large-Format 3D Printers

Industrial pellet extrusion systems for printing large-scale polymer and composite parts using standard plastic granules. Standard systems from 800 to 1,800 mm, with larger configurations available.

Materials

Kings FGF systems use standard industrial pellets rather than specialist filament. The screw extruder handles everything from common polymers to fibre-reinforced engineering composites, and the material is available from any pellet supplier – there's no proprietary lock-in.

An optional high-temperature screw package (450°C) extends compatibility to advanced engineering polymers such as PEI (Ultem) and polycarbonate.

FGF 800Pro

FGF 800Pro

The entry point to industrial pellet extrusion. Compact enough for a university lab or design studio, with a build volume that already exceeds most filament-based large-format systems. Uses the same standard industrial pellets as the rest of the range, sourced from any supplier.

800 × 600 × 800 mm build volume
0.4 – 2.0 mm nozzle range
FGF 1200Pro

FGF 1200Pro

The mid-range production system. A full cubic metre of build volume at up to 10 kg/hr, suited to moulds, props, architectural models, and large-scale prototyping.

1,200 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm build volume
2.0 – 6.0 mm nozzle range
Up to 10 kg/hr extrusion rate
FGF 1800Pro

FGF 1800Pro

The largest system in the Pro range. Designed for full-scale moulds, set pieces, and architectural elements. Prints at up to 15 kg per hour, with automated pellet feeding for continuous multi-day builds.

1,800 × 1,200 × 1,100 mm build volume
1.0 – 8.0 mm nozzle range
Up to 15 kg/hr extrusion rate
